Three-time Grammy Award winner Tim McGraw won over audiences as the world’s most popular country singer, with eleven of his album debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard country album chart, remarkably, his breakthrough album Not a Moment Too Soon became the top country album of 1994 besides his hit songs including Indian Outlaw, Don't Take the Girl, I Like It, I Love It. In addition to three Grammy Awards, he has achieved 14 Academy of Country Music Awards, 11 Country Music Association (CMA) awards, etc.
BEFORE FAME -
Tim McGraw was born in Delhi, Louisiana, to a waitress Elizabeth and a star pitcher Frank Edwin "Tug" McGraw Jr. During his college period, he started learning to play guitar and used to perform and sing for tips. His talent was discovered through his demo single by Curb Records in 1990. He released several singles What Room Was the Holiday In, Welcome to the Club, etc. before receiving huge success from the best-selling country album Not a Moment Too Soon in 1994.
PERSONAL LIFE -
Tim McGraw entered into a happy marriage with fellow country singer Faith Hil in 1996. Faith Hil gave birth to three daughters: Gracie Katherine (b. 1997), Maggie Elizabeth (b. 1998), and Audrey Caroline (b. 2001).
