Jubaer Kabir Tusher (জুবায়ের কবির তুষার) and some of his friends started “Himu Paribahan”, a platform assisting the needy people. Tusher also served as the Governing Council of Prothom Alo Bandhu Sabha member. Tusher is the founder of Himu Paribahan ‘হিমু পরিবহন’ and a Counselor at the Bangladesh Embassy in Lebanon
