Sean Gunn (শন গান) is an American actor best known for his roles in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy franchise and the television series Gilmore Girls. Born on May 22, 1974, in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, he is the younger brother of filmmaker James Gunn.
Biography
Gunn gained widespread recognition for portraying Kraglin Obfonteri, a Ravager and loyal companion to Yondu, in the Guardians of the Galaxy films. He also provided the motion capture performance for Rocket Raccoon, helping bring the character to life alongside Bradley Cooper’s voice work. Before his Marvel success, he was well known for playing Kirk Gleason, the quirky and lovable odd-job worker in Gilmore Girls (2000–2007). He reprised the role in Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life (2016). Throughout his career, Sean Gunn has worked in both film and television, often collaborating with his brother on projects such as The Suicide Squad (2021) and Peacemaker (2022).
