Widely popular with her stage name Rasheeda, Rasheeda Buckner-Frost is a famous rapper, designer, TV celebrity and entrepreneur from America. Before working solo in 2000, she was one-third of Da Kaperz, a teenage hip hop group. She is also a half of Peach Candy alongside R&B singer-composer Kandi Burruss. Rasheeda won BET Awards for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist in 2010 and nominated for the same award in 2013

BEFORE FAME

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Rasheeda started her music career at her teens when forming hip-hop group Da Kaperz with two friends and worked with D-Lo Entertainment, a recording company. She left the group and began as a solo singer in 2000. Her album Dirty South was released in 2001 and gained some attention, especially with single Do It.

Rasheeda got married to Kirk Frost in 1999 and the couple have two sons named Ky and Karter.
